Implementing PMO
Project control management through PMO (Project Management Office), allows us to reduce the risks of cost overruns and delays in the comprehensive execution of the project. Through the use of specific control tools that incorporate management indicators, templates, formats and processes, it allows us to anticipate compliance deviations, both in physical works and in costs. Having accurate and timely information helps us make decisions and allows us to anticipate the design of contingency plans to overcome and mitigate the impact.
The integral implementation of the PMO management, allows in addition, to monitor the management of logistical support to the project, as well as the fulfillment of the processes for obtaining permits and authorizations, which, in practice, have shown that they affect the physical advances.
