Pre-investment Studies and Technical Files
We prepare pre-investment studies with the aim of identifying the feasibility of executing the project. For this purpose, we consider a flexible BIM draft with a simulation capacity with internal and external routes and also subject to an econometric model that allows evaluating the impact of the main variables: costs, profitability and satisfaction needs units; allowing the client to make decisions and minimize future risks.
We prepare the technical files using the BIM collaborative methodology, with PMO monitoring and its control panel. In this stage, there is a detail of all the specialties: architecture, structure, electrical systems, sanitary, among others; as well as complementary studies reducing interferences and extensions of deadlines. Our administration of the CDE (Common Data Environment), guarantees a permanent and fluid communication between the different parties of the project: client, designers, specialists, supervisors, auditors and various authorities.
