
BIM Projects Management
Before starting any project, we establish the levels of coordination and chain of responsibilities for the elaboration of the BIM Execution Plan – BEP, as well as the management indicators – KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that allow us to objectively control the fulfillment of the processes and actions with the purpose to prevent any variation of the progress curve, reducing the subjectivity of traditional reports. This compliance management is carried out through PMO, which allows us to maximize efficiency and minimize costs and variations in execution time.
The management will cover all phases of the project: Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance, as established, as well as the interaction with the different members of the project, internal and external to the organization.
In addition, the levels of information to be distributed are initially established, according to the function and the responsibility, in order to distribute it through dynamic charts, which guide and facilitate decision-making.
With the technology used, we seek to increase the profitability of the investment, supported by the greatest benefit of the asset, at the lowest possible cost and for the longest period of use.
