Common Data Environment Management
Based on the instructions established in the BIM Execution Plan – BEP, in relation to software, hardware, networks and processes, the data flow is managed and centralized in the Common Data Environment – CDE, controlling the management of users and its attributes (model and version management, incident management, task control, progress, document management, among others), guaranteeing the client the integrity of their information, because the greatest initial value of the project is in the data that generated throughout the execution of the project.
Data control also makes it possible to facilitate the flow of information, as well as objectively identify progress and/or delays in the execution of scheduled tasks, whether they are from contractors and/or subcontractors, as well as from the internal organization or external to the project. Thus, with its reliable data information, the collaborative work carried out is evidenced.
