Implementing BIM
We address it comprehensively, from the strategic to the operational level, starting with the diagnosis of the organization’s structure, identifying current processes, available resources and designing the implementation according to real needs. This implies: the scope, suitability of processes, technical and human resources, costs, documentation and implementation deadlines. Management indicators facilitate interoperability and the achievement of established goals.
Within the implementation, we consider the qualification and training of the different professionals and technicians of the organization who will exercise the future roles of: BIM Leader, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
Finally, we establish the definition and scope of the correct administration of your Common Data Environment – CDE, a fundamental point for the adequate control and monitoring of BIM management within your organization.
